BODY-SIZE MEASUREMENT GUIDE
How will I measure my body size?
1. Bust (Chest)
Place the tape measure on your chest at its widest point and measure for the circumference of your chest.
2. Waist
Measure around your waist, placing the tape measure at the narrowest point of your waist.
3. Hips
Measure around your hips by placing the tape measure at the widest part of your hips.
You should be careful to keep the tape measure straight and not slide it while keeping it parallel to the ground. While taking measurements, you should relax, not hold your breath and take measurements without inflating the rib cage. For the most accurate result, you should measure with a naked body or very thin clothing.
